So the thing with Playing the Scales kind of happened. I honestly didn't expect that story to be so well received, and it's been a pleasure to read that so many people were touched by it. That said, I'm not going to feel like I need to keep comparing everything from this point on to that one minor success (it's not exactly FoE). Just gunna keep doing my thing and writing what I like, and hope you all happen to like it too.
That out of the way: news time, children!
There probably will be something coming out from me by this weekend. I'm currently working on two things, with a third in the planning stage, but it looks like one of them is closer to completion and simplicity than the other, so I'm going to force myself to focus on that. I'll give you a couple of titles, that are of course subject to change at my merest whim, to wet the whistles of those of you who decided to follow me. I won't do posts like this often, but this one is going up to help motivate me a little bit. Feel free to ask questions or make comments about the titles.
1. Lies and Lyres - Anybody interested in Spike x Lyra? No? Too bad. This is likely coming out this weekend or mid-next week at the latest. It'll be a lighthearted romcom with a few absurd characters.
2. Tiger and Butterfly's Bogus Adventure: Little Trouble in Big Marechuria - Coming out a week or two after Lies and Lyres. It's got a ship, and I won't say between who because it might be one of those feather rufflers. You probably will guess who half the ship is, but I will eat my boot if anyone guesses the other half.

While I will admit I have yet to actually read some of your stories (they're not transferred onto my ereader yet), I will say that I must do so soon. I followed you purely on the premise of some of your fics (dem shippings, and going by wordcount, effort has been put into it) and the knowledge that there is more on the way gives me that happy feeling.
