5.-I theorized long ago in A Pony In Hay about a hellish alternate dimension where humanoid beings were the dominant species, and ponies were used as livestock. So in my headcanon this "human" world is the, I never used the word hell in that story, the hay thing in the title refers literally to the hay and dirty of a common stable, so except for the fact that magic seems to be as common as monetary inflation in that world; Yes, the hell. Queen Trollest... I mean Princess Celestia just keeps a gate to hell working, just in case some other student wanna become a demon, fails a test, or something.
