SO.
I have finally begun to work on chapter 2. A script is in the works, and I'll begin writing as soon as the script is done. Oh, and check out the blog post where I present "my" characters, I made a few changes, namely in the music department. Don't hesitate to comment on which tunes you think could fit!
As for why I haven't written anything yet...
I had so much on my mind lately I simply couldn't get to work. First I had that internship that took up 8 hours a day, plus 3 to 4 hours of transports. Suffice to say that when I came back home in the evening, the only thing on my mind was MY BED. Then, I also have other things to do: gotta find a job for this summer, and something to study for next year. I think I'll go to WIS (Web International School, it's in Bordeaux, where I live), where I'll learn how2web - well, how to do it better than I currently can, I've studied that shit for nearly two years now - but the thing is, that school is 3k a year. And that's €, not USD. So I gotta work for it, and preferably find a sponsorship.
Also, I broke up with my GF a few weeks ago. I got over it... mostly.
So yeah. I've been busy. I nearly got a chapter done for the side story though, I'll post it when I got five more done.

I'm also mildly surprised that you are/maybe a Dresden reader. what do you think will be in the next book, if you are indeed a 'Dresdenite,' as we are apparently called on the interwebz.

Never watched RENT so I wouldn't know. But yes Elsa's singing is pretty awesome.
I've read a few of the books, but I'm not as big of a follower as others in my family. The only reason why I read Ghost Story was that my flight got delayed and I really needed something to read. I've more Dresden fanfiction than the actual book, including some more off the wall crossovers.
1983409 Heh, some of the fanfiction for the Dresdenverse is pretty good. There's a particular Stargate: SG-1 crossover that I enjoy called God's Eye. Personally, I'm actually surprised there hasn't been a Halo/Dresden X-Over yet.
I rather liked Ghost Story. It added an extra depth of world to Chicago, and made Harry seem even more awesome. Planes are also awesome, and quite frankly, Hollywood's portrayal of commercial flights is surprisingly accurate to my experiences, especially Flight of the Dead.

In one of my games, that guy got killed. I have no idea how, I just found his dead body on the catwalk. It was hilarious. Until I figured out that I would never be greeted by him again.
