Hello, everybody.
As you can see, I have a new avatar. Sorry to disappoint anyone, but Surprised Patrick is one of my favorite memes of all time, and I couldn't help but put it up. So it's here to stay, for a while at least.
New chapters of Terminus are in the works, and I've got some ideas for some short one-shots that I may release in the near future. I've also got other story ideas that at the moment are just that, ideas.
But then there are new problems. For example, computer problems. My laptop's battery is old and crappy and I haven't yet made an appointment to get it replaced because I'm me. So in part, it's my own fault. But this kind of stuff really pisses me off: I'm in the last class of the day, which happens to be the longest (two and a half hours long). Because of this, I need a chair close to the power outlet because I use my laptop to handle my notes and research for class, and it can barely handle two hours of operation. So I go to my regular place only to find some sweaty fatass hogging both the available power outlets, one for his phone and one for his computer. And when I look over, it turns out he's not even doing anything school related. He's playing games and crap like that. And when I ask him politely if I can borrow an outlet, he just ignores me. Plus my charger cord isn't long enough to reach the other power outlets because they're so damn far from the chairs. But I'm more pissed off at this fat POS who isn't even using his computer to do anything productive.
Yeah, yeah, first world problems. I know I'm posting this now but I'm also trying to take notes and outlines for class. He isn't, and he has the gall to simply ignore me when I ask politely to borrow an outlet. People, don't be that guy. Please.
Thankfully, my writing seems to have gotten back on track. I just get really pissed at people like this. I need to get my battery replaced, or a longer cord, or punch the piggy in the face. I know which one would be the most satisfying, but I also know which one would be the most productive. Please excuse my douchiness, I am just seriously annoyed.
Well, anyway, that's all for now. Hope everyone else is doing okay.
Meanwhile, I've had the same avatar for over two years now. I mean, I could change it to something funny, or relevant to my interests, but fuck it, y'know?
