I say do it. As some have noted, all that matters is execution. Personally I enjoy the shipping stories where it is not wholly obvious from the start which ship the fic is going to end with.
Blueblood shipping? Wow, you're being ambitious. Blueblood gets a lot of hate. Personally, I don't like people hating any character or ship, so this is definitely something I can get behind, especially if you actually build on Blueblood's character and explain why he's such a huge ignoramus (Literally the only word I could think up on the spot to more gracefully say "bellend"). I can say I'm definitely down for some of that.

1) I agree with this. This fandom has the potential to make him a good character and instead they badmouth him.
2) I honestly can't imagine anything spectacular being done with Blueblood outside of shipping, since the genre is the easiest kind to develop him as a character.
3) This will likely be a five chapter story; not a oneshot.
