My Theory Still Stands for the Season Finale · 4:22pm Mar 29th, 2014
So I made a blog on it before, but I can't find it again.
The season finale is on it's way and so the theories begin to spread.
My Theory is that each Element has to their share their Element with someone else in order to remind themselves what their element is. Not only that though, I think in the season finale the Elements won't be able to fulfill their duty.
So all those Ponies they've been helping and sharing their Element will be needed to defeat whatever the season finale throws at them. I have no idea what the episodes are that are remaining. But I want to say the last episode before the season finale is Twilight and Trixie. Showing that (In the greatest Cliche) The Elements are in everyone and the big crown thingy wasn't really needed all that much.
And then when everything is over they'll open the box and Twilicane shall return.
Know that feel.

Newest episode was a couple good moments filled in with mediocre, and an element doing things against her element, like all the other "key" episodes.
I sure cant wait until these key episodes are done because so far they all suck
except the pinkie episode because i forgot she got her key in that one and that one was pretty good but the rest have been almost painful to watch (especially dash reverting to being a jerk).
Personally I think that the finale will have this basic premise.
The Equestrian Games will begin (since they've been teased for a while), Sobra returns (because his horn), they finally open the box and that Rainbow Power thing happens so they're able to actually defeat him this time (just annihilate him not a part remaining).

It's possible that you're right, that they have to share their element to truly become it's bearer again.
But I guess it also is about the darker side of each element.
- To be gererous can mean to keep something.
-To keep being loyal to someone you may need to abandon another.
-Kindness has to stand firm or it may bring suffering.
-Those who spread laughter need to know how to stop, or they'll only seed sadness.
-To be honest you sometimes have to be cruel (with words only!)
Now we still need to find what it will be for magic,

so if twilights element is magic, then we should probably see her forsaking magic to use SCIENCE! until she realises that magic makes things pretty easy

Tic and I are speculating on Trixie coming back to lend her a hand, perhaps Twi focuses too much on learning to fly/being a princess and gets behind on her magic, or loses confidence and Trixie comes back to be redeemed and actually a worthwhile character. Or maybe Twi just has to save the world again.
Again, all speculation, but it might be interesting.
