Let's Make a Soundtrack! · 4:10am Mar 29th, 2014
Alright, so this is inspired by the writer of Transformers: More Than Meets the Eye, who each issue posts songs that he feels represents the characters and events occurring in the issue.
I'd like you guys to help me create a soundtrack for my stories. Is there a song that you feel fits a chapter perfectly? Or a theme that makes you go "Ok, that is Tydal/Faith/Dark Twilight's music!"? If so, post it here and, if I like it, I will use it as part of the soundtrack listing I will post for my stories.
Here are a few that I already have decided on:
Hope is Kindled (Derpy's Rainboom)- The song which plays the moment Derpy performs the Sonic Rainboom to save the Doctor and Dinky, marking the turning of the tide against Loyalty. First appear in 'The Battle of Cloudsdale Part 3'
The Abundance (The Great and Powerful Captain Trixie)- This is the theme for the mighty Airship, the Abundance. First would appear in 'The Battle of Cloudsdale Part 4'
The Good Brother (Tydal's theme)- First appearing in The God Squad Chapter D'awwwww, this song plays when Tydal leaps into battle against the pegasus army that is trying to take Luna and Celestia.
You Watch Them Run! (The Death of Tydal) and This is Rebirth- Two totally different scenes share the same theme... I can't find it without dialogue, but the theme that I first used to write Tydal's death all the way back in How Do You Shoot a Gun With Hooves, and later used for when Twilight rediscovers Faith's name, leading to his rebirth.
So... what songs do you have in mind?
Well, this is probably a bit of a stretch, but Nightfall Eclipse always made me think of the following song:

The only difference would be a change to the line in the second verse:

Oh, that song works great for Nightfall. That is the song for the BAR, not Nightfall or the League of Evil Twilights.

(A Masked Curse. the theme when you fight Regent of the Mask from Ninja Gaiden 3)
(Theme when you fight Augus in Chapter 11 of Asura's Wrath)
(Yasha's theme from Asura's Wrath)
(Yasha's final battle theme from the Nirvana DLC of Asura's Wrath.)
(Theme of the TRUE final boss in Asura's Wrath)
Okay, that's all that I've got....for now...perhaps You could find a use for these songs?
I have no true idea on specific ones but this song can sum up the entire story of both Faith and Doubt and The Abundance.
