    Huh. I'm Significantly Relieved, Actually.

In a rather neck-snapping twist of fate, Equestria Girls: The Friendship games was not only decent to watch, but it doesn't canonically F**K my most recent story, "Father". In fact, I don't even have to slap the 'Alternate Universe" tag on it. Hah! I can even stop putting it off!

    My Greatest Mistake.

Guys... If I may confide in you.

Downloading Windows 10 was probably the STUPIDEST thing I've ever done (not counting the time I decided to go fishing in Pittsburgh... F**kin caught a dead raccoon). All of my customized setting were reset, my priorities became OH SO un-prioritized, and Windows Media Player has become OBSOLETE!

    For The Love of 'Father'

    Greetings, beautiful people.

Craine here for an update with my recent multi-chapter story, 'Father'. As some of you may know, the first four chapters of this story were updated every Saturday, and I actually intended to keep that up... Until my work schedule changed to eleven-f**king-hour days, six days a week.

So... This Is a Thing Now.

Here's exactly what you're gonna do; you're gonna shower this wonderful woman with adoration and praise, and encourage her to do more readings across the FiM fic-verse.

    Do it.

The Compendium Project. · 2:09am Mar 24th, 2014

Ever breathed a sigh relief so powerful and life-changing that the walls caved in?

Neither have I, as my financial state wouldn't allow that. But I AM quite relieved, as the 'boot-camp' phase of my schooling has passed. And just look... LOOK at how behind I am on my story-list. Pathetic. Just pathetic.

By now, I'd usually bore the ones bored enough to read this to tears with a cornucopia of details that would probably take an hour to write. Not that I'm feeling generous, no, no, no. I'm just selflessly putting your needs before my own. TOTALLY different.

My friends, writing has been scarce and short-winded the last month. Considering I was able to crank out a 9000+ worder was a Providence I'd pray for, study AND teach if I believed in that sort of thing. So here's my solution; COMPENDIUMS!!!!! I've over two-hundred--Two. Hundred-- short stories that merely started off as ideas, and was SURE would never see the light of day. Aw, who am I kidding, most of those stories will probably stay that way. But reading those silly little horse-words sparked an idea, and here it is:

"The Compendium of Hope"--In which Craine serenades you all with good feels, a hope for the future, and tears--manly or otherwise--of mind-numbing joy.

"The Compendium of Love--In which Craine attacks your 'feels' meter with a flaming katana, and pokes your inner thirteen-year-old who's never been kissed. With that katana.

"The Compendium of Darkness--In which Craine pillages and rapes everything you've ever loved about these talking horses, and pisses on the tombstone marked 'Happy-ending'.

Granted, one or two of these Compendiums will be more focused on than another, and MANY of the shorts featured in them will be drabbles I've created in the late Thirty Minute Pony Stories (blessed be that which is lost to us). But it's a wonderful chance to practice. You know, since evidently 'time' is the lowly extorting bitch that's sue me for everything I own AFTER I've married her.

Stories will be short.

Updates will be sporadic.

Faiths will be tested.

And I can finally unleash a few demons.
...
...
...
I'm not apologizing.
