Ok i have a problem/ Request for new Editor · 9:35am Dec 20th, 2011
Ok so my Editor for the Failure Has Its Own Reward series has become unavailable for use. And this has left the last chapter un-edited...So can you guess what i need you guys to do?
That's right! Until i get a new editor i can't upload the new chapter.

I've never proof-read anything or edited anyone else's work like this, but I've wanted to for a while <.< It would be nice to try if I knew more about it. What exactly do you do?

Basically an editor is someone who does a combination of the following things:
- Proofreads a work
- Corrects spelling and grammatical errors
- Provides insight into the story outlay
- Double checks for canon within the story
- and anything else that they can see needs improvement within the story.

Proof reading sounds easy enough. Even though English is not my native language (I'm from Sweden) I often find mistakes and errors with ease. And when I'm uncertain I look it up. Oh and in case you would like to know I always get top grades in English classes so... Yay me
Oh hehe when it comes to canon I can say that I have a pretty good insight into the show. So hopefully I'll do a good job at that
So yeah I'm willing to give it a shot! Is there only one more chapter in the story or more? I have loads of time now during winter break so it's not big problem ^_^.

Since i started this storymy skills have been steadily improving, so much so that the first chapter is now incredibly poor by my standards.
What i need is someone to re-edit every chapter up to chapter 5 and provide me with a document of each individually, with editing notes so i can touch-up the story and improve it. You in?

Well so basically (IF THE SPOT IS STILL AVAILABLE) all I'd have to do is go back and read chapter 1 to 5 and check for mistakes and fix them? Well I certainly can give it a shot, I wanted to re-read it anyway ^_^. So if the spot is still there I can definitely help you.
