60 followers, and the bromance continues · 10:19pm Mar 23rd, 2014
So, I cracked over 60 followers, and it happened while all the thread purging started, so all those notifications that someone was following me or favoriting something? The ones that were supposed to be there for a week? Yeah, a lot of those got purged right away. So I apologize if I missed anyone!
I'm not sure where the idea for "Slice of Life" came from, but I've been finding the current "real" project a bit tough to get into. I think it's over the hump now, but I'm still waiting on the art, so there's no giant hurry about it. I'd like to have it ready to go when the art is. Anyway, it probably came out of a conversation with Yildun about CheesePie. The original idea was just for Chapter 2, and then Chapter 1 just happened. I have never cut so much stuff before. I must have thrown about 10-20% of it out. But hey--at least you get a little Cheese backstory, which I hope you enjoy.
Chapter 2 is fun, and it's coming right along. It could easily be out tomorrow or the next day. I can't wait to throw this next character into the mix. I do consider these to be CheesePie in a mild way, even though Pinkie is offstage. Cheese never really stops thinking about her, and I hope that's coming across.

I hit over 15,000 words worth of CheesePie a while ago. What can I say? They're fun.
