Rolling Bones is NOT dead, I swear! · 9:42am Mar 18th, 2014
Hey everyone,
Oh my goodness, this is embarrassing. What's it been? six months?
I bet some of you are wondering what's up. Right? You are still there... someone? anyone?
Regardless, let me get to the important stuff.
Rolling Bones 2.0 is about ready to start posting... or reposting... or whatever; Just as soon as my pre-readers give the last bit their okay.
There are a number of changes I would like to point out to any of you who care to notice.
First off, I've added some extra, useless, 'cover pages', because I can.
Secondly, I've added in third-person scenes like I started doing with the latter chapters.
Thirdly, I've made some structural changes. These primarily focus on two things. First, the 8k word per section rule is now in effect for all chapters. Second, I've reformated the 'Prologue' to incorporate the original Prologue and all of the original chapter 1. In other words, here is the new structure...
Into = No changes here.
Prologue = My Name is Lucky Sevens (Cover)
Chapter 1 = Original Prologue
Chapter 2 - 1 = First half of original Chapter 1
Chapter 2 - 2 = Second half of original Chapter 1
Act 1 = Exit Stage West (Cover)
Chapter 3 - 1/2/3 = Original Chapter 2
To answer the most important question, most everything in the new 'Prologue' section has been only minorly altered (grammar stuff, maybe a few more clarifications and improved sentences). The real changes don't start until Chapter 3, where everything changes... well, not everything, but I highly recommend you re-read it anyways.
I'll be posting most of the changes in one big dump with 3 - 1 and over the next few weeks I'll add 3 - 2 and 3 - 3 because I'm an attention whore.
Thank you for sticking it out, hopefully the next chapter won't take as long.... hopefully....
Your Sticky Sweetness,
Count Honigwien von Beinehaus the Third
P.S. Rock Lobsters are now canon (check the newest Friends Forever comic for details).
Sweet! Been missing this story, and its good to hear its still got a pulse.
