Also why is a VERY good question.
I guess the simple answer would be that its canonically difficult. Its hard to have a relationship between then that doesn't cause a whole mess of other things. Its a similar situation to Twilight x Shining but that can be written off as Incest in wincest to a lot of people. Twidance just raises a lot of problems, usually involving Shining.
