    I'm back!

    School is out, finals are over, and I just had my seventeenth birthday!
    Life is good!
    So, as a birthday present to you all, and following my promise to start work again in pony-related things, I'm going to take one of my works out of hiatus!
    I know most people are waiting on Longma over my other stories, but they're not getting enough attention.
    So the first I'm working on will be "Wily".

    Aw horse apples.

    I learned what a horse apple is today.

    I called it. I called it!

    when she saw the huge dark purple crystal tower that was standing where her tree library used to be

    I wrote that last July.
    And now this happened;

    Hiatus

    Hey guys... I'm sorry, but as of now, I'm on a temporary hiatus from Fimfiction. I've been dry on pony-related inspiration, and I just can't make anything I write on this site work out in my mind. Wolf Children · 1:46am Mar 13th, 2014

I'm not sure who reads these untagged blog posts, but I need to put this out here; Wolf Children (click to watch it). It's an amazing movie, quite a bit sad, but also very soul lifting. It's in the same ring as the works of Miyazaki in my mind. Even for people who aren't normally interested in anime, it's a great story.
Essentially, a were-wolf meets and falls in love with an ordinary city girl. They get married, and have two children. And then he dies. Trying to raise two wolf-children in the city was too difficult, so she moved to the countryside. It's a story about hard work, love, family, and finding your path in life. I found it inspirational, and I suggest anyone with any fondness for humanity, family, animals, or animation, should watch it.

And somehow it's already been ponified.

An unheard of (at least for me) animated film in the spirit of those made by the esteemed yet devastatingly retired Hayao Miyazaki?!
