General discussion, questions, and more.

In a manner of speaking, I am both new to the site, as well one who has frequented it. By that I mean I have seen the wonderful (and occasionally not-so-wonderful) fanfictions that this community has spawned. But as of now, I have only recently introduced two fanfcitions, neither of which are complete, thereby making me "new" to the scene. The question I suppose I am now asking is pretty basic. What do you like? What don't you Like? Should there be more explanation, less explanation? Things like that. Of course, this is probably a tad much for someone who has contributed so little for the time being, but any advice would be appreciated. Do you think Dragon OC's as main characters are a bad idea? I know that it may (or May not) seem odd, But I ask that Advice be given, Ideas be discussed, and conversation be held. That is all.
