If you can't think of good chapter titles, don't use them. Call it 'chapter 2'. Chapter titles are unnecessary for the most part, and in this case (A) is a redundant statement (the future is always equally near), (B) basically says 'This story has a plot! Who'da thunk it?', adding nothing. (C) is just boring and bland, not to mention misspelled.
