Season 2 Second Arc and News · 6:31pm Mar 2nd, 2014
Hey guys, really glad to have Case 10 done. I've been taking some time off to catch up with school. But, I'm about ready to kick things off again. So, let's get some news out of the way first.
1. Sadly, Eliyora ran into some issues with her computer and won't be able to provide covers for a while. So, until further notice all stories will be uploaded without covers. If another artist is willing to come forward and show their work, I'd be happy to have them. But until then, you all will just have to have coverless stories.
2. I'm officially announcing here and now, that Noir will end it's story at Season 2's finale. I'll have a sort of, Epilogue collection to tie things up with the other couples, but Private's saga is going to end with Case 25 of Season 2. Does that mean I'm going to stop writing? HELL NO! I'll still keep writing, but I want to complete the task of cleaning up Noir and putting all the edited chapters and stories in 'collections' in chronological order. I'll explain more of how it's going to work as we get closer to the end.
3. Still looking for ideas of side stories, I am going to need them since I don't have strong plans for them like I do the cases.
4. Speaking of Cases, here are the synopsis for the next 5 cases. ENJOY!
Case 11: "On a Cross and Bullet"
A mysterious killer known as the Black Widow has been targeting husbands who abuse their wives. Seen as a hero by some and a horrible criminal by others, the Black Widow's most recent killing has caused a lot of stir in Ponyville. While investigating Private and Twilight get into an arguement over the situation. To solve this, Cadence casts a spell on the pair of them that suddenly transforms them into Dusk Shine and Pruena Oculia. While learning how the other gender lives the pair have to get used to their new bodies before the Black Widow claims her next victim.
Case 12 "Big top Fall"
When an accident takes the life of acrobat Spindle Wire, Private is once again called to investigate. But when he arrives at the circus, he's met by Trixie. Turns out, this circus holds a lot of personal memories for her. The pair arrive and find that the circus is a lot darker than the bright lights would have you believe. Especially when Trixie vanishes mysteriously and a note is found: "If you want her to live, Kill the Ringmaster"
Case 13 "Enter Nightmare"
Something strange is happening in Ponyville. Nightmares are attacking ponies without end. Luna enters the dream realm to investigate, but is suddenly attacked by an evil creature of nightmare. Luna now lies in a coma, and if somepony does not save her from the dream realm soon, the Princess of the Night will surely parish. Private volunteers to enter Luna's subconscious but finds a lot more than he bargained for among Luna's dreams. Will Private be able to find and free Luna before it's too late? Or will another, darker being find him first?
Case 14 "Hearts of a Feather"
Private's Aunt sends him an invitation to attend the family reuinion for the first time in over a decade. Private's mother's side of the family has always been distant from the detective following Sparrowheart's death. Private and Twilight venture to New Orneighs and discover that all is not well for the Hearts. With Blueheart dying what little inheritence he has left is up for grabs. When one of Private's uncles is discovered dead, Private finds out just how broken the Hearts are...
Case 15 "Manehatten Rain"
Private's old high school of Elk Ridge finds out that a guest has mysteriously come up on campus. A young foal is found in a dumpster and evidence points to the mother being a student. Private returns to Manehatten and discovers the mother who claims that the father is a mysterious Bat Pony boy who lives on the streets of Manehatten's poorest district. But something else is going on here, as Private discovers that the young Bat Pony may actually be the one in trouble...
So yeah, hope you all enjoy what I'm going to offer. Plus, for those of you wondering, my birthday is in 9 days as of this post. So, I doubt I'll do something special, just continue writing for all of you! Because let's be honest, I do it all for you guys, I would've given up a long time ago otherwise.

Well... I can't say I'm thrilled to hear that Noir will be coming to a close after the end of season two... I really love this series afterall! But you can bet I'll keep looking for your work and damn, dude, sounds like you've got some seriously awesome cases in the works!

Sad to hear that the Noir series will end with Season 2. I thought it was awesome, thought I am sad it has to end. But I am glad there are still 15 cases to go. Some ideas for side stories.
Rainbow relfects on her relationship with Radien and gets help from the girls and support.
Radien's life with Lightning Dust, and makes a promise to talk to his family.
A talk between Irenius and Twilight's parents talking about grandfoals.
Big mac and Fluttershy get into an arugement about brid houses on the trees,and they need to reconcile.
Private looking high and low for the perfect present for Twilight's brithday.
Rarity and Spike getting into a fight when Rarity wants to impress a client, and she flirts with him.

Say, any update on the case Raiden and Rainbow will be getting back together? Because I really want to know when that case will be.
1888808 Like I said, and I will say it to EVERYBODY WHO'S ASKING! Raiden and Rainbow's relationship is broken up for now, whether or not they get back together is up to me and their character! You all just need to wait and see and quit asking! Sorry, had to get that off my chest...

Another idea is a short story about sometrouble in Appelosa and County finalle give Braeburn a chance. Maybe go on a date as well.
You can have a short story about Applesnack and Applejack. It has been a while since we have seen Solider Boy. Maybe have the story switch between the two as they write letters to each other.
You can have a short story about Ran'sea and maybe how she gets a crush on a stallion or a dragon who comes to the crystal empire.
I would love a story about Braeburn and County. See how things are out in the west, and then bandits attack. Braeburn does something stupid for County. She insults him. At last she apologizes and they agree to go out on a date, Braeburn tries to take her wiskey, but gets a kiss instead.
These are some other ideas for short stories.
How bout discord trying to find a love interest, that could be quite a challenge a sidestory I don't know, anything starring discord with his fear and loathing getup

also i'm dying to read on a cross and bullet mainly cause i've read on a cross and arrow, and the idea of gender changes have always been funny to me
