Why am I up at 1am?

I woke up with a start for what seemed to be no reason. I just kind of blinked slowly, looking around my room and wondering why it was still dark, before my muddled brain held up a big placard with the words "THE ASSIGNMENT, YOU FREAKING DUMBASS".

I checked the time, realized I had an hour to submit it. Luckily, it was already done and all, I just needed to wait for my learning team members to look it over and say it was good (group project). Got it in just in time. WHEE. I'm lucky to have that internal alarm that wakes me up for that kind of shit.

So now I have the option of either 1. working on the next week's coursework or 2. working on horsewords

If I do the coursework now, I can spend tomorrow doing horsewords, and vice versa.

...or I'll watch the new ep since I haven't yet.

Every goddamned holiday we get at work, I snap awake at like 7:30 or so going "SHIT! What happened to my alarm!" before I realize it's a day off and pray the adrenaline didn't make my wakeup permanent.

I know that feel. It's only trumped by waking up late in the morning and realizing "OH FUCK, I'M LATE FOR CLASS!" and then checking my computer, only to see that it's saturday.
