There's no namco or other capcom characters at all, it's all Megaman Classic. Or rather, the manga version of Megaman Classic.

1839029 Yes, the Megaman Manga "Gigamix" and "Megamix" by Ariga are some of the best manga I've ever read, and they've heavily influenced my headcanon about the Megaman franchise. Unfortunately the video is only a fan-made video.
