Did I Mention I have a YT Channel?

So one of the main reasons as to why I've stopped being so active on Fim Fiction was because I have created a Youtube Channel.

    CALLING ALL ARTISTS

I figure I'm not the only person who may have some trouble in finding good Pony Merch. The only places I've ever seen MLP stuff for sale is at Hot Topic (there's like 5 in a 100 mile radius, none close to me) and Red Bubble (the last time I got something from there, it took 2 months and didn't come in the right size.)

Yahoo Article on Bronies · 4:18pm Feb 11th, 2014

So I just watched/read an article published by Yahoo about the Brony fandom. You can find it here.

All in all, I felt as though the article was very fair to Bronies and that CBS did a good job researching and fact checking the information.

However, what really got me were some of the comments under the article.

70 years ago, young American men were signing up for the armed forced to go overseas for years to fight the evil armies of Japan and Germany. Today, their great grandsons are fapping off to cartoons about pink plastic horses originally meant for 5 year old girls.

Ah yes, how shameful are us bronies enjoying such a girly show when our Grandfathers were risking their lives in WWII. You know how else things were 70 years ago? Women were expected to be in the kitchen, barefoot, and pregnant. African Americans were legally not allowed to eat at the same people White Americans were. So don't compare things to what they used to be, because the 1940s weren't that great.

These aren't men.

Umm, yeah. Yeah, we are actually men. In every definition of the word. Male fans of the show have Y chromosomes like all men.

I guarantee Vladimir Putin would not allow this to happen on his soil.

You've got that right! Putin is also a homophobic corrupt jerk, so...there's that.

Actually there is a deep rooted sexual perversion associated to all of this. Many of these "Bronies" have issues with sex and normal social relationships. They come up with many of these "story line" BS reasons to like the show and toys. Realistically many of them want to have sex with the ponies. No joke; look it up; ask a psychologist. It's better than pedophilia I guess. But I'm telling you, this is result of some failure to adapt to the normal sexual nature of society.

I'm loving the pseudo-pyschology going on in this comment, :rainbowlaugh: Also, congrats on judging an entire group of people based off of your stupid assumptions.

What this article did do however was once again thrust bronies into the spotlight. We're becoming even more popular, I wonder if that's a good thing. :raritydespair:

Wow Yahoo is a dick

Yahoo readers aren't exactly the brightest bulbs in the box. Pretty much any article will have people making dumbass comments on it.

:moustache: this made me sad. i got called out for liking ponies, and didn;t care, but Yahoo should stick with who's pregnant and whose child it is kinda stuff.(proves how often i go onto yahoo:rainbowlaugh:)

andways, thanks for this info:scootangel:
