Among Gods Progress Report · 6:10pm Feb 8th, 2014
Hey guys! Long time no see! I just wanted to give you all a status update on the new Among Gods chapter! I apologize for my sudden absence. With college in full swing for me, it's difficult to squeeze some time in to work on it. In an ironic twist of fate, it's also put another fic I've been meaning to start on the backburner, but that's neither here nor there. I am still working on it, though. If you're interested in seeing a more detailed progress report, it's after the page break.
In terms of length, Chapter 4 is set to be the longest chapter yet. If it isn't, it's certainly up there. This is a major reason why it's taking so long to get it out the door. Not to mention I've been busy with classwork, so I haven't had as much time to work on it than I'd like.
"But wait!" I here you say. "Can't you just cut the Chapter into two parts?"
No, I cannot. This would ruin the pacing of the story and it really wouldn't do much to help me either way. What you'll be getting is Chapter 4. Not Chapter 4, pt. 1 of 2. After my unexpected disappearance, I feel it is necessary to come back with a reasonably long chapter. I haven't forgotten about it, guys. I still love writing this thing. It still makes me happy to know you all love reading it. I'm having a blast working on this thing and I wanna see what happens next as much as you all. Don't forget that.
Anyway, I'll keep you guys posted on the fic's status. I haven't abandoned it. It's just too good for that.
