    After watching "Flutter Bruther."

Wow. So this is the most adult episode from MLP. Finding a vocation is a hard thing to do, especially with a crippling fear of failure.

    Rainbow Newbie.

I am proud to admit that I have never skipped a single episode of FiM during the time I've been watching the show. But "Rainbow Newbie" really tested my patience. Wasn't the plot only cringy, with Rainbow trying to imitate her friends JUST to change the nickname, but it is also a terrible plan to do so, and this lesson is just awful to teach kids. "You don't like a nickname? Well, boo-hoo! Suck

    "Looking for an update"

Hello anyone that reads this blog. Sorry I've been inactive so much on this account, it really pains me not having worked on anything related to "Power Rangers: Guardians of Harmony." I've been focusing a lot on "Persona SH" with both writing and mapping-out, not to mention I've been trying to push forward a chapter for my collab. Emphasis on trying.

    Observations on "The Cutie Re-Mark."

I hear people everywhere saying that Starlight was willing to go through her revenge even though she knows what'll happen to Equestria. But people seem to keep forgetting that Starlight outright calls what Twilight showed her bullshit (not literally, mind you). Starlight is not convinced at all that her intervention of the timeline actually brings the destruction of Equestria. Whether she doesn't

    About "Hooffields and McColts."

So, I hear a lot of bronies talking about last week's episode, one that is based on one of the most infamous real life feuds in history. I think it had some good jokes and some weak points, but it was certainly a good episode. However, one thing that I keep noticing is that people compare this episode with what is considered by most to be the worst episode of Avatar: The Last Air Bender.

He remembers so you don't have too. Blah, blah; Yadda, Yadda. You might know him and his schtick. This character created by Doug Walker has become a very popular Internet Personality for the last decade, bringing up a peculiar point of view about the worst things that have come from the industry of entertainment. He's funny, he's awesome and, quite frankly, a very respectable dude. Why am I talking about him? I have a suspicion:

After his supposed "retirement" from the character, The Critic have done many reviews of movies like "The Son of the Mask", "The Cat in the Hat", "The Bridge to Terabithia" and, most recently "Ghost Rider" (NOTE: the context of each review is sorta random, so I'd recommend that you watch each video... If you'd like). In the first two ones, the Devil's daughter (yeah, that's right) tends to annoy people by singing the theme from FIM and shoving a Princess Celestia toy into the camera and generally acting as estereotipical five year old girl, much to his father's and the Critic's disconfort. In The Bridge to Terabithia, he makes a little joke about Hutcherson's character for having to use girl shoes for school; the joke in question is "Oh, just write 'Friendship is Magic' on the side. At least the Bronies will leave you alone." *snicker* (that's funny, ok?).

But what's this? Just some isolated gags without any real meaning. That's true, and that is what I though too; Mr. Critic needed to draw a joke from somewhere and so he decided to make fun of us in the process; but he definetely doesn't mean anything else by it, right?

WRONG!

Today, the review of Ghost Rider was uploaded on NC's Official YouTube channel and there he... well... *sigh* Just watch the video NC- Ghost Rider (24:00 and 31:04. Trust me)

So my suspicion is: Is he a Brony? Is he gonna make a review about the show? Does anyone else think that? Let me know.

Ok. He's just doing it to get more views.
Personally I don't care about his reviews, I find them a bit too mean.

Well, I'm still waiting for the video to upload right now, so I'll just say this.
As long as his jokes about bronies are not as bad as what College Humor did (that was the first time I had actually ever felt so offended and appalled in my life...I stopped watching College Humor ever since), then I have no real problem, and it's probably is just to get views.
Now, if he is Brony, that would be So Freakin' Awesome!:pinkiehappy:
And if he started reviewing the show, then the Brony Analysis Community would have quite an interesting new addition.:moustache:
Also, he made a video thanking bronies (have you seen it?).

Well, Doug admits that the Critic is supposed to be kind of an ass, so I sorta understand where you're coming from.

The joke on the Ghost Rider review was more unexpected than anything else, though it was pretty funny. I don't think there's an intention of offending someone in there... except maybe bad writers. :unsuresweetie:

If it's just bad writers, then all's good [except for me not being able to watch it].

I don't think He's a brony, but I don't think he hates or anything either. After all, we helped him escape Canada.

1804618 I wasn't offended by College Humour. I actually thought it was pretty funny.

Well see, you got to understand this. At the time I was watching it, I was just becoming a Brony (or at least realizing it). So for me to see the stuff they did on that video during then, it was rather hurtful, even discouraging, and almost made me a shame to think that was maybe how bronies were being portrayed as. But that quickly changed to just infuriating. Up until that video, I actually enjoyed all the (animated) videos CollegeHumor made. But after seeing the one about Bronies....you see where I'm getting at right?

On a happier note. I finally watched the video a month or two ago. And, OMG, I was so totally caught off guard when they showed Fluttershy and Pony Ghost Rider!!!:yay::pinkiehappy::rainbowlaugh::twilightsmile:
Just so much laughs and "Daaaaaaw's". Pretty accurate looking too (I mean, compared to the other animated stuff that he sometimes does in his video reviews).
So, does this make NC/ Doug Walker a brony? Probably not. I'd say he's more 'Brony Neutral'. He is not a Brony himself (as far as I know), but he's aware that many of his viewers/ fans are (and he respects that), which is why he puts those my little pony jokes/gags on his reviews sometimes.

However, if there is one thing I found odd, it's about him calling Ghost Rider a 'My Little Pony Fanfic'. But maybe that's because prior to seeing the video, I had actually watched a movie that felt 20% more like a MLP fanfic, from beginning to end. What was this movie, you may ask? The 2011 South Korean WWII movie My Way.
Here's the (U.S.) movie trailer I found. Just watch it, and tell me if it reminds you of a certain episode of MLP:FiM, or at least certain characters in it.

Figured it out yet?
Now even though it is based on 'True events', the story (between the two main characters) itself just screams "MY LITTLE PONY: FRIENDSHIP IS MAGIC FAN FICTION!!!!"
In fact, I might actually make a crossover fanfic of this movie. Who here would be interested in reading a story like that (all it's really missing is the ponies themselves)?

2086800 The College Humour video is meant to be satirical. You're not meant to take it seriously.

2088144
Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know. That doesn't mean I have to like what they did, or how they did it. I mean, a fleshlight next to the ponies? That's worse than the Bat Credit Card!

2089827 A BAT CREDIT CARD?!? I'LL KILL YOU!!!
