1782336 heh. You know, I've mentioned your story to a few of my friends, and I seem to be the only one who can 'get past' all the horror and death and whatnot in your stories. I never had to get past it though - it's part of the story, it's what happens when things work out they way they did... And every good thing that happens, every bit of success the characters achieve is that much stronger and brighter because of what they made it through. And I love it for that.

I try to bring back those feelings you had reading stories as a kid. Where you didn't know if the heroes would be able to make it, or if the evil would be defeated, or if the romantic interest would return their affection. By making it darker, I try to make the light seem brighter.
