I liked it. Discord can be a very interesting character! Though, now my husband keeps telling me that Discord ships Rarijack -_- I think Discord ships himself with Twilight =/ ANYWAYS!!
Did anyone else think of "It's Dangerous Business, Going Out Your Door" towards the end of the episode?
Anyways, it was kinda nice getting to see Cadance, like, having a semblance of a personality. Oh, and Discord is such a typical guy when sick. -_- Moaning that he couldn't do anything, having everyone else take care of him. What did y'all think?
I kind of suspected that he wasn't really sick, once he mentioned the cure.
I guess that means I'm not a typical guy. I can't stand having people do things for me, even when I'm sick.
First time I got the flu, my mom yelled at me a lot for getting up to do things. That was when I was thirteen.

When I saw they were having a convention on Starswirl the bearded and Discord was in it I thought it was going to be a casual reveal on discord = Starswirl the Bearded, but no dice, so much disapointment
But it was still a fantastic episode, loved the song too.

Discord always has an ulterior motive. Always. So I figured right away that the inclusion of him in the show meant that we were in for another round of the God of Chaos simply manipulating ponies for his own purposes. Anyway, I enjoyed this episode more than most. I'd have to watch through the season again, but a few small things aside, this one felt to me like the best-written of the episodes so far this season.
Cadence was sweet, and I'd like to see even MORE personality from her. And Discord is a drama queen by design, so this behavior is expected, and entertaining.
I can't speak for all guys, but I think it can be easy in a relationship to see your loved one being sick but walking around and sitting up awake, and not realizing that you should be doing more for them (if you aren't helping them, maybe it's why they're up and doing those things). Speaking from both sides of that experience, of course...
I hate being Sick, which I am Officially as of 3am today, having been fighting it off for the last two weeks. Bleh! What the heck is this crap that's going around the Bay Area? Everyone seems to have it, but it's not quite like the flu.

Frankly I'm surprised that I haven't seen a bunch of Dune/MLP memes pop up yet. I'd make some myself, but I'd have to watch Dune again, and I simply refuse to do that to myself. Sober, that is. Hmm...

Yep, just waited for a monster to appear, and it did.
And then I saw it thinking the image boards will fill up quickly with all the tentacle porn.
Then it started using the tentacles to do just that, in the show, oh dear
5.1 track is borked from iTunes again though.
Still the sounds design was awesome! So much detail. They must have had fun doing it. Same with animation.
Discord/Twilight dance was very well made.
