Update on 'The Step' · 1:16am Jan 25th, 2014
Welp, i figured that i should probably send out an update for the story since even thou i only have a handful of people that read my stuff (It is my first story in all fairness). First, YES i am still working on Chapter 3, the reason that it is late getting out is because A) I've been super duper busy with school and work and honestly lacked the motivation to continue for a while and B) I actually finished chapter 3 about a month and a half ago....but i didnt like it. The story seemed rushed, it was trying to get to the action before alot of the foreshadowing and set up was in place, characters were clumsily introduced and not characterized as they should have been. Overall it was junk, so i scrapped most of it (And chapter 4 which i was half way through)...but as a reward, this one will be longer and hopefully better than the first 2 chapters. Time line wise, i should be done with re-working it by Tuesday or Wednesday and editing by Friday....so expect it Saturday afternoon...Anyway for the few people that probably read this, thanks for being patient with me and i hope that the next Chapter entertains.
