Does anyone care about the Equestrian Death Battle Tournament? Or would you be fine with it just getting scrapped due to the fact that finishing it is next to impossible?
Vote below. Say if you want the tournament to continue, or say if you want it to be canceled and have the story get back to regular battles. Whatever has the majority vote by the end of the month (ten days from now) is what will happen. If nobody votes, or the votes are tied, or people keep telling me "do what you want", it will be cancelled by default.
For the record, DEATH BATTLE: Equestria will continue either way, and the tournament battles that have been done will remain up. But if the tournament is cancelled, I will go back to making ordinary battles solely. And there will be no more tournaments either way.

And I understand wanting to see it continue, but I'm just having a lot of trouble continuing it. The first round has gone on over a year, almost everyone who's supposedly helping me with research and such has vanished, and it's become a chore for me to write a single battle with how much real life stuff I've got going on now. Plus, loads of people are tired of the tournament dragging on like this, as am I.
1743924 I can understand and respect that, and if I was in your position I'd probably do the same thing. At least my character's match happend, so I guess I'm happy with that.

I'll say that the only thing keeping me from continuing the tournament despite the difficulty is how people are growing tired of it. If people seemed to unanimously like it, I'd keep doing it, but knowing that it's at least split half-and-half between "I love it!" and "JUST GET BACK TO REGULAR BATTLES!" makes me want to...you know...do the latter.
...though if I was being paid I'd probably continue regardless, because I kinda need money.
It will be your final call on the decision in the end either way. It is really up to you if you want to cancel it or not. Hopefully the feedback will give you more clarity for your options and broaden any lurking around. I apologize for not actually stating an opinion of any kind, but that's sorta what I do. Needless to say, I like the likeableness of a neutral pile
1743972 Oh, trust me, if it was completely my decision I would've cancelled it. I want to see how many people care enough to say "Don't cancel it!" and see if it outweighs the people who care enough about getting the regular battles going again to say "Cancel it.", and right now, it certainly seems like a small amount.
