Wow. We need more of those.
Overall, I've loved season four. I think that they've got a great handle on what they want to do, and are executing it wonderfully. Hasn't been a clunker episode in the season. That said, Pinkie Apple Pie leaps up to being one of my favorite episodes of the series. The song is still stuck in my head, and the laughs were just right. I can't find any serious faults with this episode. It just hit me perfectly right.

Yes, it was quite good.
I was angry at the continued Flanderization of Pinkie Pie that they've been doing this Season for her, and the lack of resolution. I mean technically AJ made them all honorary family members in S2. But nonetheless, the ending was unclear, no resolution was given, and Pinkie Pie was flanderized.
But ignoring those things. It was a rather cute episode.
S4 opener.
Bats.
I know this is a matter of opinion, but S4's episodes didn't get really good until Rarity Takes Manehatten.
1707948 the one with scootaloo was awesome. it could not have made clearer that scootaloo is disabled if they did outright say it.
agree though a lot of them were mixed. though I really liked bats, just had an odd....... situation at the end. then again magic can be hard to predict in equistria.
disagree with season opener. was awesome! just the scrying potion needed a better introduction..... or at least we learn where ecora got the thing. hell it could be used as a bit of backstory for the zebra.
