I don't know what to put here so pancakes.

Okay guys, despite the title this is actually a rather serious blog. Firstly, sorry for the lack of updates, it's partly because i've been on holidays and mostly because i'm feeling really burnt out.

The current chapter of Ut Ametur Iris is taking way to long and thats mainly because I find it really boring to write and I can't think of a way to end it.

I haven't even started the next chapter of My little Yamato yet. Don't ask me why, I know how its going down and how to write it, i just really don't feel like doing it.

Drive could practically be considered on Hiatus. I haven't been in the correct frame of mind for that in a long time.

So heres the thing: I want to go back to a genre i've always loved but have only done once.

Horror.

My first fic, Adrift was horror, but it was so poorly written I feel as if it didn't spook any one. Now however, i'm itching to do a one-shot horror. I have two ideas of what I want to do, both are based off of real life stories/events.

Firstly: The Akiogahara forest. Also know as japans suicide forest. Over 500 confirmed suicides have taken place there in the last 60 years, i'm thinking of doing a Twilight centric fic where she goes to research this strange forest (in equestria, obviously). It wouldn't be so much scary as more just straight up creepy and unsettling.

Secondly: The dyaltov pass incident, ponyfied. Not much to say about this fic, if you already know about it. If you don't and enjoy a good mystery I HIGHLY recommend taking a gander at it here no screamers I promise. It would be an entirely OC cast so don't worry, no 'best ponies' are going to be killed off.

BOTH stories would be told in the style of transcripts, much like A fleeting light in the darkness which I found was exceedingly creepy.

Thoughts guys? I really want your opinions on these. Or if you have any other suggestions for horror send them my way. Preferably real life horror stories, as I find them creepier.
