Happy New Year!

2013 is coming to an end, and it's getting time for me to prepare for tonight. But first of all, I'll make a quick review of the year.

The day I got aware of this site was the day I discovered Dennis the Menace's 'My Roommate is a Vampire', and while reading it I grew the idea to make something myself. I'm into the fandom since around a year now, and I enjoy every single day. I've listened to tons of music from the fandom, I've read a lot of fics and I discover new things every day. I wanted to finally contribute my part to this great fandom, and since I have no equipment to make any music, and no skills to draw any awesome pictures, I started writing. First for myself, but once I published the first things and I found people who liked them, I had more and more inspiration and spur to write more, not just for me, but for everybody who could read my stories.
I started my 'career' on FIMFiction on November 17th with my first story, 'Lyra - Origins'. I didn't expect anything when I published it, since this was my first story and I'm not really known in the fandom, but I know that success doesn't come just over night, I have to earn it. So I kept writing whenever I found the time to do it, and I created a huge pressure for myself, which is actually one of the main reason I was able to get a daily chapter in my Diary of a DJ series. I somehow need this pressure to stay concentrated and all, as much as I need the feedback from every single comment on my stories and the encouragement I get from every single like and fav.

By now I have eight stories published on FIMFiction, three of them still incomplete, and I don't know if I'll ever finish my second story, 'MiP'. But I know that I'll try to finish 'My Little Human', not just because this is my biggest success so far, but because I really like this way of writing and how the story evolves while I think about it.
The last incomplete story is my first and by now last Clop, the 'Missing Scenes'. When I started it I wasn't sure if I would bring this to an end, or if it would be good since I never wrote a story like that before and I also never read clop so far. But I think for my first one, this is quite good ;D

Now before I go, I want to thank everyone who reads my stories, every single view is a little present for me, and of course I want to thank everybody who takes the time to write a comment, like or fav my stories. Special thanks are out for Anguis who was a big encouragement and help for the Lyra Series, SuperPinkBrony12 who is one of the main reasons I was looking forward to every new day and so every new chapter of 'Diary of a DJ', and to my friend and classmate Naturjoghurt who isn't just a reader for me, I would almost call him my human guinea pig for being there for me to test a few new ideas I have every now and then and giving me feedback to every story I wrote so far.

Now I really gotta go. I wish you all a Happy New Year 2014, and hopefully you don't make the same mistake as I and try to fire up your firework while holding it in your hands ;)
