It's the scene in Chapter 3 where Celestia spies on Marcus, Rarity, and Octavia.

Now get it colored in, and it will be amazing.

Off Points: 1. Octavia's raised hand=the curl is too strong. looks boneless. 2. Rarity's muzzle=Too forced. The lines need to be smoothed out and straightened a bit. Her eyes and the tip of the muzzle resembles a cat. Recommended action: Straighten line above teeth. 3. Torsos: Need to be refined. 70's style cartooning is fine, but they resemble the art from one of Disney's Earlier animation, 'The Goddess of Spring.
