I will not debate with someone who refuses to understand my position.

I am too busy doing part 2 to continue reading anon reviews sent to my FF.net profile that have nothing to do with the reviewed story within the first five words.

Also if your fic uses the anime rules, why does everyone start with 8000 Life Points?

    mSCt3k Epsiode Y: For Yikes!

Hello, everyone! A recent wave of hyperfixation has got me working on a new solo! This still isn't episode 6 (how do my solo riffing projects keep stalling out at episode 6?!), but a "side series" with a special episode number. This mixes something old with something... not exactly new, but few other critics of this author put the focus in the areas I'm capable of focusing, so I'm capable of

    mSCt3k notification

For those wondering, yes, I am going to do riffs for part 3 and 4 of "End of Ends Riff." The docs are all set up and everything. It's just been slow to start due to the setup for part 3 being substantially harder than usual. As I said in my end rant for part 2, I'm pulling out all the stops, and I wanted to make sure I'll be doing it correctly (a.k.a. more effort than the TomTom Boys - as

This is not going to be comfortable for awhile. · 7:20pm Dec 21st, 2013

People are going to be pissed at these changes to the user page, I can feel it. I'm gonna be seeing some blogs from Fallen or twow before the day ends, I'm sure.

Removal of the bio module is probably gonna be a big one. The functions of customization stuff that it did can still be handled with a custom module, thankfully, though that's assuming you remember what its text was before; I'm sure we'd be less upset if the module on the user page alone allowed that old text, at least long enough for all of us to transfer it elsewhere. I'm just glad we didn't lose the links, though not seeing the text of the entered field makes things a little difficult.

Mostly, it's the setting of the right column at a fixed width that bugs me. I originally used each column for a different riff series module (main on left, pony on right), which kept the banner at a decent size and I felt was the best solution. However, that can't be the case anymore. Now they're stacked on top of each other with the blog sandwiched between them, and BBCode doesn't have anything to fix the banners now seeming too big. I'm not sure what the solution for that should be yet.

On the plus side, editing modules has a pop-up, which is a lot less crowded, though if you were used to editing multiple modules at once for whatever reason, I suppose that sucks...

I'm sure once the site gets some new blood that didn't personally see how the past user page worked, these posts are going seem like some curmudgeonly old men complaining or something. I'm not good with change, but I like to think I can adapt. It'll all work out eventually.
