Cratermarks. The future of Alpha Comet?

If anyone... Anyone at all... Is wondering, even slightly, where this story is headed. I figure I can grant a few little insights.

This story is going epic. What do I mean by that you ask me silently? Well I'll tell you. Ever heard of the Riftwar Trillogy? Raymond E Feist? if not, go out and buy these books, right fukken now.

One of it's main characters, Pug, has a very humble beginning. But by the third book in the trilogy, he is sweating pure epic power. Now now, before those of you who have read and understand what I am saying get up in arms, I do not plan on making Alpha an all powerful 'Fuck your shit I'm power personified' God-like being. But the plot (Stop snickering!) will gain much more depth. This whole 'Find the next race' path he is on, is still just his 'humble beginning'.

Another few things I want to clear up before they can become a problem. Some people tend to not like it when OC's are paired with canon's. There will be romance in this story between Alpha and somepony that I will not yet mention (And for those of you who already know, keep it zipped!) who is a canon. But I assure you this is being carefully thought out, and I have no plans on just throwing them together because "I AM THE AUTHOR AND I SAY THIS IS WHAT WILL HAPPEN". Considerations have been made, and proper developments in their relationship will happen. Please at least give it a chance.
