While I continue on with 'Crisis of Infinite Twilights' and prep work for 'Coulrophobia' (and 'The-Should-Have-Been-King' remains bubbling in the back of my brain), I do have a special Christmas/Hearth's Warming story that is being finalized right now. A four chapter adventure/humor fic, it will feature three beloved characters going on a wild adventure to save Hearth's Warming Day. There will be time travel, wizards, evil villains, easter eggs, and, of course, love and friendship.
What is the story, you ask? Well, while I won't be posting it for another few days, here is a redacted summary to tide you over for now.
"When (redacted) is cast as Clover the Clever in the school's Hearth's Warming Eve play, the filly is concerned she will not be able to portray the part. Luckily for (redacted) her parents are (redacted) and (redacted), who quickly bundle their little girl up and take a trip through time itself to see the first Hearth's Warming in person. But when things don't go as plan it will be up to the family to do what they do best: save the day."

Oh, and ALLONS-Y!
It seems like it could be a whooves family outing, but with you, It could be anypony.
It's kind of hard to believe that it's been a year since Happy Hearth's Warming Eve, Twilight Sparkle happened. Still looking forward to this year's Christmas story (even though I celebrate Hanukkah).
Oh, it seems it will be a Hooves family story. But I will randomly throw the theory that it will be about one of the theorical Scootaloos from Origins. At least 3 of them were time travelers.
We will have adult Scoots, her identical filly, and her mate, who will never be referred by name, to avoid spoilers.
Of course, not even I believe what I am writing here.

This one will be much more grounded than that story but will be in the vein of "The Snowmen" (and yes, that is another hint.
I have written the entire story and I am now on the third draft, getting it polished and ready. My hope is to actually submit this one to Equestria Daily
