Hope from the Future Final Chapter / Deleted scenes

Hey everyone, I wanted to tell you all that I will start working on the final chapter for my story "Hope from the Future" as soon as possible, I also plan to have this chapter to be the longest so it may take a while for me to work on it, since I still have to think up some ideas for it. With that said, I also wanted to share some scene ideas that I originally were going to put in the story but scrapped them for several reasons.

1. Pinkie Pie was originally the surviving Mane Six member in Future Applebloom's time.

I was going to put an older Pinkie Pie into this story where she survives the attack from Lucifer but has drastically changed her due to the loss of her friends and family. She had lost touch of reality and became mentally unstable which resulted in her being isolated in a prison cell while the grown Cutie Mark Crusaders felt pity for her. The reason why I cut this out was because it didn't seem to fit into the story too well and decided to have her killed off with her friends in the post-apocalyptic timeline.

2. Future Applebloom recalling the death of Diamond Tiara.

There was a flashback scene where Future Applebloom remembers the time where after Ponyville was destroyed, she and her friends were searching for survivors when they found Diamond Tiara alive but mortally wounded. They tried to stop the bleeding as best as they could but it was too late as the young filly passes away before their very eyes, Applebloom gives Diamond Tiara a proper burial despite the fact that they were bullied by her in the past. This scene I had to cut from the story because it felt too depressing even for a dark story such as this and that it's not in me to write down a death scene involving a child.

3. Battle with the bridge guardian at Lucifer's castle.

This was originally going to be in Chapter 8 where they finally arrive at Lucifer's castle but encounters an undead warrior named Skelos; a minotaur warrior who made a pact with Lucifer in his past life and became a bridge guardian after his death. Skelos will not let anyone pass unless they could defeat him, so Future Applebloom decides to take his challenge and manages to defeat him using the skills she learned from her timeline. I really wanted to put this scene in the story but because It took me over a month to work on this chapter and due to a length restriction I had set, I sadly had to scrap this idea so that I would finish this chapter as quickly as possible.
