If you've been following me, you know that this hasn't been a great year. I lost my father back in January. My brother lost his leg in August. And my mother-in-law is currently battling colon cancer. Through it all, however, I've had two things that have kept my head up. First and foremost among those is my wife. She has been there for me at every turn, even as I am there for her with her mother right now. I am very thankful for both her and my health.
But not to be overlooked is this fandom. Sure, some Bronies are a little over-zealous, but for the most part I have found a community of kind, accepting, understanding and supportive people who have come together in almost every way. And specifically, I find the community here at Fimfiction to be wonderful. So, I am also very thankful for everyone here. Thanks.
