The Prench Empire started during the Prench Revolution. But when during the year 1798 a general from the Prench island of Maresica named L'etalon de Gurerre, in French or in this case Prench, his name means "The stallion of war". He started as general of the army stationed at the Itallion Peninsula known to pony history as the L'armee de la peninsule de Itallion. At that time Prench was at war with the coalition nations of the empire of Marestria, the Itallion states of the Archbishop States, Marenice, and the kingdom of Maredinia.
And with L'etalon's leadership and tactics, the Prench took control of all north and western parts of the Itallion Peninsula, and pushed Marestria back from the Itallion border. Soon came the campaign in the land of Sphinx's where L'etalon fought the Sphinx's at the time where they were at civil war. He and the leaders of the Sphinx rebels agreed that the Sphinx rebels would control the south end of their land while L'etalon keeps the north end and let them share the ports with him if they swore allegiance to the grown Prench Empire. After the fall of the Sphinx loyalists, L'etalon lead 20,000 Prench and Sphinx troops against the mighty Marettoman Empire and managed to the capture the western end of the Middle East. When L'etalon returned to Prance in 1803, he became so popular that in December of that year, L'etalon was soon crown Emperor of the great Prench Empire.

But two years later, the emperor went war with the new coalition nations of Great Maretain, Marestria, the Eastern Dragon Empire, Coltugal, Dencutiemark, and Sweadollion. He consumed Marestria, Dencutiemark, and stopped the Maretish from invading the mainland and taking the capital city of the empire. But he made the mistake sending the Germare state named the Kingdom of Maressia into the war against him, but they soon saw they couldn't stop him, they also waved the white flag, but soon the emperor bit off more than he could chew when he invaded the Eastern Dragons, but the cold winters there forced L'etalon to retreat back, and he was soon defeated. Then the stallion was banished to the tiny island nation of Mareta.
But the emperor escaped and was welcomed back on what Equestrians today call "The 150 days", but he then was defeated again at the town called Maretaloo, and banished again to Equestria where Princess Celestia (Luna still sealed on the moon as Nightmare Moon) agreed that she would keep a close watch on the former Prench emperor. Until L'etalon passed away in April the 12th 1817, Prance went back to being as a shadow of it's former self again.
