A small question.

I'm not quite sure how to create a photo album, or how to add pictures to it. Could someone please explain it to me?

To create a photo album, you have to go to your profile page editor (Through the 'edit user page' button at the top of your profile, or through the drop-down options under your name) and add a 'photo album' module. From there, you'll have to link the module to a different website (Imgur, Deviantart, Photobucket). I think you can use profiles as well as groups or 'favorites' lists. I've only done this before with Deviantart, however, so it might work differently with the other sites.
