A REHAUL WILL BE ATTEMPTED ON "AN UNSTABLE MATTER"
Following months of in-fighting, poorly executed brainstorming, and lack of free time, the series will once again feature ponies in their prime instead of the anthropomorphic versions that I had hastefully, and wrongfully edited the version to feature. I use 'wrongfully' in the sense that I had realized long ago that this change had disturbed my original image of the series and had led to the lack of anything happening to it.
That being said, I have also taken the advice of a number of viewers and will make a duplicate, anthropomorphic version of the story that will follow the storyline of the original, but will be far longer, in both length and time to develop, than the original, given the addition of anthropic-properties, and added scenes and flexibility.
The current story and sole chapter of 'An Unstable Matter' will be set to 'Canceled' for the remainder of the reconstruction period and the newer version will feature an entirely new sequence of events, as to diverge from the original's negative influence.
All of this taken into consideration, I do not expect the many viewers who have enjoyed and favorited the original story to follow the new one, or remain my followers and would understand their departure as well deserved. For those who stay, I give my sincerest thanks and can only hope that what I come up with will match your expectations.
These things said, the 'An Unstable Matter' series will be rated "M" and will feature a wide variety of members from the opposite sex. Recommendations, suggestions, and submissions are appreciated, as they will follow a random order unless otherwise advised.

Welcome back! Congrats in getting the medical license. As long as Spike is still the awesome character that you original set him out to be in your stories then I would be happy.
One question that I hope you can answer without spoiling the story for "An Unstable Matter". Is there still going to be a tearful reunion between Spike and Twilight? Because I really liked that part, and really the whole scene between them.

And once again I find it hard to understand what is going on without the simplified sum-up of what I just read (I have hard time understanding something I read sometimes, because I'm Finnish and I also tend to not concentrate as well as i should).
Right now I understood that you cancelled An Unstable Matter and will make a new story about it, but with new plot.
