The scene is sad, the scene is heartbreaking in how clone tries to be Pinkie and fails without knowing (not spoilering anything right now).
But how it's done makes me really want to laugh.
I think emotions during the scene are best described like this: "Ha-ha-ha! Ha... Oh".
