Right.
I need your guys' help once more. It's just one simple question.
You see, writing is hard. And for some reasons, it has been getting harder and harder for me to do it. Of course, that doesn't mean I'm gonna stop. Of course it doesn't!
I shall write forever if I must!
So, my question is...
What story should I concentrate on more? TTM or ICH?
Both are pretty popular stories, I think. (lolz jk I KNOW they're popular god damn y else r u here)
And I want to know which one I should be focusing on more. I've got plenty of great ideas for both, but writing is hard. So which one do you think I should concentrate on?
For those who have read this far, thank you. If you have, and plan on responding (on please respond), also give me a reason you think I should focus on that particular story. You don't have to give me a reason, but a little explaining never hurts.

Well, maybe you could keep a balance between both of them?
Lot's of Celestia fics no so many Daring fics plus I prefer ICH so my vote is on ICH!
You see this is a hard choice I mean you left us with a cliffhanger on This Magic Moment but it is also interesting with I can't Help so why not a intervention?You focus on This Magic Moment with a short chapter to finish the cliffhanger and then focus on I Can't Help then from there depending on which is holding a higher degree of suspense like a cliffhanger try to finish that off and got to work slowly on the next chapter while maintaining a larger degree of attention on the other story's chapter.
Both are indeed very good. ICH gets my vote. Why, it makes me smile. The human character just seems dense and I really want to see where it pans out.
Honestly, I enjoy TMM more than ICH. No offense to Daring, but it isn't as interesting to me. Still a good quality, but I would like to see TMM continue more, at least for now.

You've got a very good setup - drama, romance, good characterization.
Frankly, it's more appealing than the Daring Do story.
TMM seems to rely on cliff hangers, almost every single chapter ends on the point where I need to read the next one asap. This is also accentuated by the fact that you are leaving two endings in each chapter. One being the prologue and two being the actual ending. I love that kind of premise and it is extremely unique, however it doesn't help with the waiting.
ICH doesn't really have this problem. All the chapters are neatly wrapped like an episodic series ending is a satisfying way where I could simply just bide my time until the next chapter. This is definitely not implying that TMM isn't satisfying, but you certainly get blue balls. Also you updated ICH at a rapid pace while putting TMM on the backburner so TMM deserves more attention
I'd have to say TMM, it just drew me in more than ICH
Both are so good... But I'd have to give my vote to TMM. I like the plot for it better and I need to see the chat with Celestia god damnit!

Everybody here is voting for TMM, and I can see why. The overall story is waay to interesting to read to pass on. The characterization is perfect, the drama... and let's not forget the massive cliffhanger you left us.

I Can't Help
but it seems things are a bit one sided
. So im gonna ask YOU something! i could never get past the first chapter of TMM because it felt like i just got hurled into the story, rather than being eased into it. That bucked me. A lot. SO my question is: will i ever get a proper explaination of my arrival and all the other usual gunk i could expect from a HIE story? because if so, id more than willing to see what the fuzz is about
TMM because of cliffhangers. Plus I just enjoy it more. Not to say I don't enjoy ICH. I just like TMM more.
TMM. Not only does that one interest me much more, but you began writing it first. Not really a fan of authors starting something and then sidelining it for another project where it's avoidable.
TMM is a wonderful story and one of my favorites on the site. I love the romance and slice of life aspects, as its well written and gets the feels across without going overboard into sappyness like some other Celestia/human fics i've read. The cliffhangers only make me want to see it update even more, especially with the war going on.
Seriously, your description of pony warfare before the fight started actually gave me nightmares. I want to see the end of that event just as much as the romance and slice of life stuff. I mean, he gets taken back due to injuries, but what of the rest of the squad? Will Morning Star and Claymore have to live without their husband/father? Did the griffon or any of the Wonderbolts survive? How many friends and fellow soldiers did they lose and how will it effect life in Equestria? Will the enemy continue towards Canterlot or were they repelled?

Both are great but TMM gets my vote. There is just so much going on and I find it more interesting than ICH.

TMM for sure. So far, ICH is just a generic HiE adventure thing with characters not nearly as well-fleshed out.
ICM for sure. I do love them both, but I'm drawn more to a Daring fic (seeing as I haven't read many of them.)
Although it seems I'm in a minority...

I vote This Magic Moment.
ICH. It feels less restricted in where it can go and offers more possibilities - which is what I like most about your stories. Furthermore, I enjoy the world building. There is no telling how many pages more there are going to be and it really gives it its adventure character. Daring also makes for a more interesting character than Celestia, simply because we know less about her.
TMM, because you left off on cliff hanger-ish. And it was the story that got me really hooked on your stories and FimFiction in general. Also, it inspired me to write my own story as well.
Holy crap: looks like TMM is the majority's choice.
ICH since we don't have many Daring Do fics especially clop fics. :X
I love them both but TMM was the first one to grab my attention and I'd like the focus on that one but if you decide to focus on ICH, I won't be too disappointed.

ICH. Look, I don't have a reason like everyone else. I don't have some logical deduction as to why you should focus on this story rather than This Magic Moment. It is simply an opinion.
Both are good stories but as others have said, TMM just begs for continuation while the other can sit just fine on its own.

It's interesting looking at the spread where it's almost perfectly even so far with a slight edge to TMM. I wonder if it's winning because of cliff hangers, it came out first, or some other reason than people have specifically mentioned.

Edit: I'm fine with just seeing the next chapter to TMM, just gotta know what happens with Celestia, then I'm completely fine with whatever story you wanna focus on.
Please please please continue work on ICH! It's brilliant, and there's a ton of Celestia fics already. (Not that TTM is in any way bad, I just think ICH is even more brilliant). I may actually cry if ICH is put on hiatus. You don't want to be responsible for making a grown man cry, do you?

My vote is on ICH. There just isn't enough Daring Do fiction out there, and I think that this story is the superior of the two.
