Thanks everyone who's been viewing, commenting, favoriting, and watching me and my stories. I wouldn't have imagined that just 24 hours after I finally started getting my stories up here, that I would already have over 300 watchers.
So, again, thank you everyone for the warm welcome to FIMFiction. I'll try to get all my works up here in a timely manner (though I'll probably wait until my current stories fall off the featured story cycler.)

Pen Stroke, you are one of the of the best and finest of authors of MLP:FiM fanfiction here on the net. Pretty much all of us has at least read Past Sin, we are watching and favoriting because we know you are that good.

Of course, it doesn't hurt that one of Better Living's chapters is written by the author of Zebra Girl. 
{Edit} Ok, ok, it was mostly Past Sins, but having Joe England as a fan sure doesn't hurt.
It's kind of an honor just to be in this kind of contact with you. BLTS&P was one of the first fics I'd ever read from FIM, and Past Sins rests comfortably amongst my favorite stories. Not that I'm gonna avoid taking a few reflective pot shots at it as I add comments to future F/F/T3K riffs, but it's fun to make fun of the stuff you love sometimes.
Needless to say, the SECOND I see it's posted, I'm favoriting. Then adding it to Read Later so I can go through it again.

You deserve the warm reception you get, your work is amazing! I've only read Past Sins and Drop of Moonshine so far (planning on reading Better Life Through Science and Ponies this weekend) and I loved them! In fact Past Sins was the first fanfic I ever read and the one that really got me reading fanfics. So I guess I can thank you as well as welcome you!

I can't wait to see Past Sins up here - that's the first fic of yours I read. It was also the second or third fic I ever read, Fallout: Equestria and The Back Room being the others in the lineup for first three.
Better Science was a great read - and now that it's here, I have a reason to reread it!

Anyway, you deserve this welcome! We were getting a lot of fan fiction stars here, even Kkat! (Although I think she just reads FoE spin-offs and what not.) So now we have the goddess and god of writing on this site! Anywho, allow me to go through the things you have done to me with your stories (Even though I sent you an email about this... oh well, two times the charm!):
1. Got me into reading fanfics more. I'm now a fanfic addict!
2. Got me into playing Alan Wake (I must thank you! It is such a good game. Currently playing on Nightmare Mode.) With this comment, I bet that I'm your Rose, even though I'm a guy....
3. Got me into writing fanfics on this site. (Once again, I thank you for this.)
and the most biggest and best things your stories did is...
4. I have a physical copy of Past Sins! Now I can read this story on the go and at school! (I don't know how you'll react.)

Reading Past Sins shortly after it posted and seeing people post enraged reactions (at the pony that was manipulating Nyx, not towards you) on the chat bar on the side rank among my favorite memories of this fandom.

86448 I wouldn't call people who critically hate it "blind" or "braindead". More like critical on a popular story. Any story that gets very popular is bound to be labeled as "overrated", and some people make compelling arguments.
But hey, I haven't even read the story yet, so when it comes out here I'll probably take a look.
