I have but one gripe- Y NOT MOAR LUNA?
That being said...

I SRSLY can't even begin to describe how much I loved this finale. I mean, I thought Best Night Ever was pretty awesome... but THIS... I can't even. The songs, the plot, the FIGHT... All my yes.
Makes me want to write all sorts of things, but most of all, it makes me want to start drawing ponies so I can open an Ask tumblr for the Generals of the Stars of Darkness; I can't help but think of what the Generals would say about the finale! ^^
Either way, it was amazing, and I plan on spending the summer re-watching season 2 until I know it as well as I know season 1.

Also, they left Luna out of the main battle, but I figured out why.
Cuz she woulda whooped up on Chrysalis SO HARD.
