OK SO! WHAT THE HELL IS THE DEGE DOING WITH HIS HARD EARNED TIME!?

Well, I'm procrastinating HARD on Unrefined for one thing, and I don't know if I'll have that in for the OC-toboer thing. If I don't I'll still write it.

Once I revise and editediteditedit this new chapter of Soulbound, and make sure its not contrived (biggest concern), then I'll pause it for a bit and do a heavy revision of past chapters. Hopefully I'll be able to work out a nice little schedule for all of this, but with the holidays comin' up work's getting kinda nuts (I work in retail)

BUT WHAT HAVE I BEEN WORKING ON RITE NOW?

Well, I busted out the dusty old drawing and tablet and have begun to art. I won't say what I'm drawing, but it's kinda cute. Also completely non-pony, but oh well.

STORY IDEA TIME:

So I've been tossing around an idea in my head for one hell of an adeventure fic, but here's the catch. It's Human in Equestria, with some very heavy emphasis on the Human. Here's your general synopsis:

Chasing Avalon:

Shortly after the banishment of Nightmare Moon, the nation of Avalon (Or Babylon idk which) has fallen into inner turmoil and civil chaos. As the years pressed on so did its collapse into self-destruction, caught in a 10 year civil war. Fleeing the warring state, many human refugees turned to the only natiojn that would house them.
Equestria. Celestia integrated her new citizens into pony society, and treated them like they were her own.
Fast forward about 1000 years, and Princess Luna is back. Humans consist of almost a quarter of Equestria's entire population, and its become quite common to see families of ponies and humans sharing a roof.
We follow the life of Conall Geraint, member of Equestria's rather prestigious Human Royal Guard. With his uncle, Cet, as acting Captain (this is just before Shining Armor takes the reins), Conall and his friends, Loegaire and Cuhullin, have never seen actual combat. Despite each of their skills in their fields, it isn't until NNM returns that they truly see how close they can cheat Death.
BLAHBLAHBLAH They learn that the myth of Nightmare Moon is not a myth...BLAHBLAH Conall quickly befriends Luna, as learns from her that more myths were in fact true, including that of Avalon. With nothing better to do, our three protagonists (along with some ponies that I have yet to decide) GO OFF ON AN EPIC QUEST TO FIND THE ORIGIN OF MAN!
They find Avalon to be a barren metal wasteland, filled with decrepit machinery they couldn't even fathom. They're quickly overrun by cloaked human figures, armed to the teeth with weaponry unlike they have ever seen (SPOILERS!: they're guns, like the PEW-PEW laser kind). So here we start a very sci-fi covered tale based upon the Arthurian Legend (somewhat) and absolutely bathed in Celtic mythology!

So....wat do?
