I hope to get TG&PT updated before the 7th of October, where I'll need to head out of town for the weekend. I have two major sections to write before proofreading begins, 3k words written so far. This chapter might be longer than others, although the last parts of the chapter contain a lot more dialogue than the earlier.
Assuming no changes, my guess this one might come closer to 6k words or more, which I worry might scare off some readers. I am hesitant to shuffle timeline events much more since since I have a modestly organized set of ideas that fits into five chapters, and I don't want to create filler content to force a 6th chapter. I've already had a few crises of timeline in planning my story and I don't want another either. My chapters might be kind of full, but there is a lot I want to express. We will see what I can do to not make it too much of a problem and cut down on words if needed.
There will also be some material which might be confusing to the reader, this will explained (hopefully) in the next chapter, and fully outlined in the author notes for further clarity.
