Hello, everyone! I'm happy to say that one-shotober is going well for me, but all these short fics make me want to try my hand at a longer one. I have two ideas to work with and personally I think they're great.
1. The Prince's Hounds.
This story would take place in the same line of thought as my darker fics; Play For Me, Blueblood's Pets, and Aftermath. As you can tell by the end of Blueblood's Pets, incarceration is not going to rehabilitate or weaken him. The premise here is that Blueblood will start a gang, break out of prison, and he and his pack will take over as the biggest organized crime ring in Equestria. This will not be as dark as the others though. No, this will be an Adventure. I intend to use [redacted] as my hero. Just bust out vigilante style, killing off the Hounds whenever [redacted] can. I want to make a character you can root for.
2. Big Macintosh Tours the Equestrian Poker League.
This is right what it says on the tin. Big Mac will just kick all sorts of ass at poker. However, there will still be tension derived from the disapproval of his family. Will Big Macintosh win the Big GAME? Yes, yes he will. I ask that you act surprised when it happens, for the purpose of tension. Will he win his family's respect? Maybe.
Just go ahead and tell me what you think. I would like to know the kinds of things you would like to see, as well as the kinds of things you do not want to see.

The second one looks promising. And for the first... Well, I'm not a huge fan of adventure, but considering the fics it would elaborate on, I'd probably read it.

I intend to include a lot of "horror" elements in the story. I basically want to tell an adventure story with a dark motif. Basically I went into a little more detail in another blog post.
