Where the stories are

So, hey everyone. Sorry about lack of updates. Things have been a bit busy with school and I've been in a slight funk as far as writing goes even aside from that. In case any of you folks still follow me after the lengthy hiatus (both in my writing and in regards to the show itself), here's a heads-up about my stories:

Ballad of the White Rose is on hiatus until further notice. I might've mentioned this before. It's just I have a lot on my plate and I'm not completely sure about where to proceed with the story next as far as plot progression goes. Also, I feel it's a kind of depressing story, so that doesn't quite encourage me to work on it. It isn't dead, but it's very low priority.

I'm about 4.6k words into the new chapter of The Book of Friendship. I've been chipping away at that more consistently, bit by bit. Make no mistake, it's my top priority.

Symphonics I'm going to remove the Frederic/Vinyl and Frederic/Harpo parts. I'll still keep the Google Docs, but I think it's too confusing and I simply can't write three shipfics at once. I'll simply focus on the Frederic/Octavia story. Sadly, that's slow-going, as I have a lot of apprehensions about writing a shipping story with them that will be engaging.

Fallout: Equestria - The Least of Us is slow with the writing, and I can't say when I'll have an update for that. I'm going to try to clear some other stuff out of the way. Part of the reason for this is that I've been spending a lot of time brainstorming and plotting it. So in a sense I have been working on it, I just don't have anything to show for it yet.

I'm setting a few goals for myself in terms of writing. Now, this doesn't really mean a whole lot, given how poorly I do with goals usually, but I have three story-related goals I hope to reach by the time season 4 airs:

1. Complete or nearly complete Macintosh Must Marry (because the longer I don't write this, the more canon gets away from me).

2. Complete chapter 31 of The Book of Friendship.

3. Post a new one-shot titled I Have a Hat. I actually have a completed draft of it, though my editor suggested I expand it. The problem is I'm not sure how to expand it, which leaves me in an odd predicament.

One of my all-time favourites will get yet another chapter of pure awesomeness. I can't wait !
