Alright, so I disappeared for a while right after saying that we were going to have a discussion about something. Yeah, sounds like me. First off, sorry about that. Been busy with a second job that's been kinda on and off for the past couple of weeks. That and I've finally started watching Walking Dead and some other amazing shows. Come on, how much can you really blame me for that? A lot? Oh.
But for realzies, I'm coming back soon with a couple of things, and hopefully chapter 19 of COTW a little after that. Yes I know, I'm extremely good at saying I'm going to do things and then never following up with them. I'm trying to change that, first with a post soon about hoof guns and why they may or may not work, because I guess people really can't figure that out. Oh well, maybe I can do something about that.
And yes, the next chapter is taking super long. Other than the fact that both 19 and 20 are the longest ones I've written, a lot of changes had to be made to them last minute. The good news is that I'm no longer bound by that whole "two months left" thing. So that's a plus.

Well, of course they can work. They'd just have some differences from a gun made for hands. Much more open trigger area, and a loop to stick a hoof through at the front because you can't actually grip anything with hooves.
Alternatively, all ponies have tactile telekinesis (which they might, the show makes that VERY unclear) and that loop thing isn't needed.
1402638 If I had to take a guess as to what these hoof based weapons would look like I would probably expect something along the lines of a model 1887 Winchester; short in length, large open lever for easy hoof access, and a slightly larger trigger guard again for the hoof. I also agree with the tactile telekinesis, it is the only way I could think of the ponys using items like a bow for a double bass.
P.s. octavia plays a double bass not a cello I don't care what anyone ssys I have decided so there. =p (I'm being playful not an arse just saiyin)

Anyone else still checking this page out? I still like to check from time to time. I'm hoping DiveBomb is still there. Just remember, a rushed story is never as good as if you give the Author time to write. People get busy, maybe DiveBomb will have time to finish the story in the near future.
1626384 I too still regularly check out his page in the hope he had returned, but sadly that was not the case all the time I've been checking. It's been half a year, but I wont give up the hope... Ugh I'm so in love with the Riflepony series, I hope that one day he comes back and finishes what he has started. But if not, I have to thank him greatly for the hours of excitement, thrill and pain he has given me by reading the stories.
