So, I guess this is what happens when I have unexpected days off when I don't really feel like doing much other than writing. In any case I wrote the first draft of Midnight Star: The Frozen Empire Chapter 1 in an afternoon.
With the summary fully written; I expect I'll be able to finish at least a chapter a week. This first chapter should give you a good idea of where I'm going with my OC Midnight Star. It also mentions a few new characters as well though they do not appear just yet. Two of coarse were mentioned briefly at the end of Midnight Star.
This story focuses on Midnight. 11 years have passed and much has changed, Midnight has grown up as the adopted daughter of Twilight, and under her guidance has grown into a promising and powerful young unicorn. Twilight herself has changed as well, after all; 11 years as a mother would change anypony.
All is not well however, and Midnight's troubles are only just beginning.
