Cartoon Censorship

To my great dismay, I have been made aware of the abuse of Cartoon Network (among other show networks), bossing cartoon developers around instead of allowing them to do what they originally intended for the show. What right does the CN (again, among other show networks) have to restrict this?

This petition is one aimed at Cartoon Network, and we want CN to stop restricting cartoons and 'bullying' them, with ban threats and cancellations, into doing what CN wants rather than what they want to do.
