Persona MLP: The Nightmare Hour is a fic you should check out. The plot is that in the aftermath of one of Equestria's rare murders, a colt named Cornerstone travels to Ponyville to take over the position vacated by the murder victim. He settles in and makes friends among the Ponyville folk easily enough, but a feeling of unease and ominousness pervades the town following the killing. Strange nightmares plague the populace and ponies go missing. When a second murder happens, it becomes apparent that a serial killer has shown up in Ponyville. Can Cornerstone and his new friends unravel this murderous fiend's plot and unlock the true power within themselves?
Seriously, check it out. Ninestempest put his heart and soul into this thing and spent several months brainstorming this thing. I've helped him out and I'm confident that this is one badass piece of work.
