    Ten Years of Doctor Perseus

Today marks the tenth anniversary of me creating my account here on FIMFiction. It feels incredibly surreal to type that out. Sometimes it almost feels like yesterday when I was a bright-eyed Brony entering the world of MLP fanfiction for the first time. And sometimes it feels like another lifetime ago.

10 Years After My First Fanfic/My Thoughts on Recent MLP & Doctor Who Content

Hello, everybody! It has certainly been a minute since my last blog post. Like I have said in the past, I am not on here as often as I used to be but I certainly try my best to check on my account whenever I can. In all honesty, I was planning on waiting to write out a blog like this until the tenth anniversary of my FIMFiction account. While I still plan on doing that, I was inspired to write

The 10th Anniversary of Friendship is Magic's Premiere

I know I'm not as active here as I used to be but I felt that I had to at least make a little comment here about Friendship is Magic officially beginning its journey into ten-year status. I can't believe it's been ten years since Friendship is Magic started. Heck, I can't believe it's already been a year since the series ended. Does make me wish that we could have gotten a tenth season in order

What Could Have Been: Doctor Whooves Seasons 3&4

Told ya the wait wouldn't be long. Anyway, here I am to FINALLY close the book on Doctor Whooves once and for all by laying out the rest of what I had planned out for Doctor Whooves. Unlike with Season 2, I'm just going to keep my plans for Seasons 3 and 4 in one blog as I hadn't planned everything out in as much detail as I did the arcs of Season 2. But, still, there is plenty of content to

What Could Have Been: Doctor Whooves Season 2, Arc 3

Yeah...sorry for the long wait on this one. I really have no excuse for taking this long to get around to finally uploading the rest of my plans for what I originally had in store for my Doctor Whooves fanfic series. But I'm here now, for those of you who are still interested in learning about the future I originally had planned for a series I ended well over two years ago. Better being SUPER

My Top 25 Favorite TV Shows (15-11) · 4:28am Sep 17th, 2013

Let's continue my countdown of my top 25 favorite television shows with numbers 15-11!

#15: Time Warp Trio

Although Time Warp Trio doesn't exactly have topnotch animation, it's still an incredibly fun show. The show follows Joe, Sam, and Fred, three boys living in 2005 Brooklyn who begin to have adventures in time when Joe's mysterious Uncle Joe (yes, they have the same name) gives him a magical book known as The Book, which allows the owner to travel to any period in time that is written about inside it. Occasionally, the boys also join up with their great-granddaughters, Jodie, Samantha, and Freddie, who are from 2105. Many of the episodes feature the characters having misadventures with famous historical figures such as Leonardo da Vinci, Thomas Edison, Napoleon, Peter the Great, and others. There's even an episode where The Book brings Frankenstein to life and the kids have to team up with Mary Shelley herself to stop him! The characters are likable, the episodes are a wonderful mix of suspense and comedy, and the whole "modern kids meet historical figures" aspect is played very well. There were only 26 episodes made and I wish there had been more because there was a lot of potential for future episodes (especially for more conflict between Joe and his other uncle, Mad Jack, who acts as the main villain of the series). But, for what it is, Time Warp Trio is a really fun and enjoyable show.

#14: Teen Titans

I've heard many consider this show to be the Batman: The Animated Series for a new generation and I have to agree as it has definitely left quite an impact, as well as constructed a fairly large fanbase. Teen Titans follows Robin, Starfire, Cyborg, Beast Boy, and Raven, a team of teenage superheroes who fight a large collection of colorful, odd, eccentric villains while also occasionally getting into the occasional teen antic. I have fond memories of watching this show growing up and I still love it today. The show was great at knowing when to be fun and weird and when to be emotional and serious. The characters all have great development throughout the series and their list of villains almost matches that of Batman and Spider-Man in terms of being memorable. My favorite characters would probably be Beast Boy and Raven (and, yes, I do ship them a bit). Overall, Teen Titans was a really great show and it's sad that it got cancelled, leaving off a few unresolved plot threads in its wake. And, before anyone asks, no I have not checked out the recent reboot: Teen Titans Go.

#13: The Spectacular Spider-Man

Spider-Man remains to be my favorite superhero and I love his rogues gallery of villains. The Spectacular Spider-Man, in my opinion, is the best version of Spider-Man seen on TV thus far. The show did an excellent job of telling the story of a high school Peter Parker dealing with the conflicts that come with being a teenage superhero, even more so than Teen Titans. I don't think I really need to go into much detail about Spider-Man's origins but, for that small amount of you who don't know, Peter Parker was your average nerd living in New York City until he was bitten by a radioactive spider that gave him superpowers. Following the *spoiler alert* death of his Uncle Ben, Peter is inspired to use his powers to help the people of NYC, and all the while putting up with the everyday dramas of his real life. I loved the adaptations of the characters that were seen in this series. I'm also happy that they paired up Peter and Gwen in this series (I actually like Gwen Stacy a bit more than Mary Jane). I also liked the new looks of the old Spider-Man villains like the Sandman, Mysterio, and Dr. Octopus. Overall, The Spectacular Spider-Man was a great show and, like Teen Titans, it's sad that it was cancelled with so much potential still left.

#12: Lilo and Stitch

I'm a big fan of the Lilo and Stitch films and, obviously, I really enjoyed the TV series based on it. While I can't say that it holds up to the same amount of quality as the films and that it definitely has its share of problems, I find it to be really enjoyable. I liked the concept of Lilo and Stitch having to go out and help the rest of the experiments find their place on Earth. The characters are still their enjoyable selves and the episodes are all incredibly fun the watch. One notable thing about this series is its famous/infamous crossovers with Kim Possible, American Dragon: Jake Long, The Proud Family, and Recess. I personally really enjoyed the crossovers, despite them raising a few questions. I think this following picture I found can sum up my thoughts on the crossovers.

Overall, I really enjoy Lilo and Stitch the series.

#11: Kim Possible

Kim Possible follows the adventures of...well...Kim Possible and her best friend, and eventual boyfriend, Ron Stoppable as they fight to save the world from a variety of odd and eccentric villains; most notably, Dr. Drakken and Shego. I have fond memories of watching this series and I still can't believe that it's really been six years already since it aired its last episode. Man, I'm starting to feel old. The series had a great combination of action, comedy, character development, and overall fun factor. There's much that I could talk about but I just wanted to give a simple explanation of my thoughts on this series, along with this other series on this list. Overall, Kim Possible is another great series from the golden age of Disney cartoons. On a last note, here's a Kim Possible-related picture that's sure to make some of you do a double-take.

Mind = Blown.

Next, I'll list off numbers 10-6!

Time Warp Trio, never heard of it. Never seen Teen Titans, but I have seen Teen Titans Go once or twice maybe. Never seen Spectacular Spider-Man, but almost sounds like The Amazing Spider-Man movie that I did see. Never saw Lilo and Stitch, movie nor show. Now, Kim Possible I really liked a lot! :pinkiehappy: One of my favorite shows at the time. Theme song was great. I actually got the soundtrack. And I think my sister showed me that Kim Possible-Avengers meme before, and I ended up sharing it on Tumblr or something.

The only one I haven't seen is Time Warp Trio, but I read the books!!! I NEED TO SEE THIS!!!
Lilo and Stitch crossovers were the best thing on Disney channel, at the time. My own headcanon, before all of their airings, was that each of them coexisted in the same world! HUZZAH FOR FACTUAL EVIDENCE!!! The best of all of them, though, was The Proud Family x-over. The best scene was when !SPOILERS! Jumba and (damn, I forgot the father's name) were debating about whether the spaceship was real or not.
My friends and I talk about Kim Possible and Teen Titans nearly every day! They are, possibly, our top shows in the history of cartoons.
I ship Tara and Robin SO F****** HARD!!!
And six years, already?! Damn. I need to check Netflix or YouTube, now. I'm feeling old, too.

15- I bought three books based on the show!
14- The older show is way better than the newer one.
12- My brother loves Stitch, brought me into the fandom.
11- Fav show as a kid.
